We want you to love your ride, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all Lectric eBikes in new and unused condition. Please ensure all original packaging is retained to facilitate a smooth return process.
Return Process
- 1.Submit a Request
Contact our dedicated support team via the online portal or email to initiate your return authorization and receive your RMA number.
- 2.Prepare Your eBike
Carefully repackage your bike in its original box with all chargers, keys, and manuals included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
