How long does shipping take for a new eBike?
In-stock bikes typically ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by location but usually range from 3-7 business days via FedEx Ground.
Do Lectric eBikes come fully assembled?
Most of our models, like the XP 3.0, arrive fully assembled and folded. You simply need to unbox, unfold, and perform a quick safety check before your first ride.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that returns may be subject to a restocking fee and shipping costs.
How far can I go on a single charge?
Range depends on the model and battery option. Our standard batteries typically offer 25-45 miles, while Long-Range options can provide up to 65 miles per charge.
What kind of warranty is included?
Every new Lectric eBike comes with a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturer defects on the frame, motor, battery, and electrical components.
Are the batteries removable?
Yes, all Lectric eBike batteries are removable and lockable. This allows you to charge the battery either while it's inside the frame or separately at your convenience.
